The Cancer Immunotherapy (ReVival) production flow consists of five systematic phases: First, 150–200ml of blood is withdrawn from the patient to extract immune cells, mainly T cells. Next, leukapheresis separates the white blood cells—especially lymphocytes—from other blood components. These collected cells then undergo activation by methods like antigen presentation, co-stimulation, or genetic modification to boost their response to cancer-specific antigens. Each week, after the expansion phase, you receive reinfusions designed to gradually build your body’s immune defence, increase the number of cancer-fighting cells, and maximize the overall impact against tumour cells.
